Support
NDIS Support Coordination - for families who have an NDIS Plan
Support Connection - for families who do not have an NDIS Plan (fee for service)
These services are available locally through face-to-face support in the Canberra region and via phone or online platform for families living regionally.

You can visit ndis.gov.au with information on Understanding the NDIS, How do I apply?, Am I eligible?
Your Support Coordinator will work with you to collate the necessary supporting documentation from your GP or referring Allied Health Therapist
I will also work with you to connect you with the supports that you require (fee for service)

What is Support Coordination?
Support coordination helps you to make the best use of the supports in your plan. Support coordination is a capacity building support which helps you to:
- Understand and use your NDIS plan to pursue your goals
- Connect you with NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services; and
- Build your confidence and skills to use and coordinate your supports
